With over a decade of experience as a founder and strategic advisor, Satesh is widely recognized for his ability to align innovation with sustainable growth. Ms. Sri serves as the Director of Administration at Neutron Group Sdn. Bhd., where she leads the development and implementation of administrative systems, governance frameworks, and corporate support functions across the organization. With a strong foundation in the education management sector, she brings a disciplined and strategic approach to operational administration, ensuring efficiency, structure, and compliance across all business units.

In her role, Ms. Sri is responsible for optimizing internal processes, overseeing policy development, and supporting executive operations to align with group-wide objectives. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving standardization, improving cross-departmental coordination, and fostering a high-performance administrative culture within the group.

She is highly skilled in team building, strategic planning, training & development, compliance management, and organizational support, with a strong command of business operations and process governance. Her ability to balance operational detail with executive oversight positions her as a key pillar in the group’s sustainable growth.

Ms. Sri holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business & Trade Law from Taylor’s University. Her legal background enhances her capability to ensure governance, policy adherence, and sound administrative decision-making, especially in managing risk and regulatory alignment across Neutron Corporation’s diverse business entities.

Ms. Danica Nayar

Public Relations Manager

Ms. Danica serves as the Public Relations Manager at Neutron Group Sdn. Bhd., bringing a unique blend of legal training, entrepreneurial experience, and corporate communications expertise. A law graduate by qualification, she successfully led her own marketing and advertising company for four years, building a strong foundation in brand positioning, campaign management, and client engagement.

She further expanded her portfolio with 2.5 years of experience in the corporate insurance industry, where she managed a portfolio valued at RM4 million, serving both multinational corporations and brokerage partners. During this time, she played a dual role in client relationship management and agent development, leading training initiatives and coaching corporate insurance agents on marketing strategies, product knowledge, and business generation techniques.

Danica’s diverse professional background equips her with the strategic insight and communication acumen necessary to uphold and promote Neutron Group’s brand and values. Her ability to bridge public engagement with internal alignment makes her an integral part of the group’s external communications and stakeholder relations strategy.

Ms. Kavineswary Murugan

Group Director of Human Resources

Miss Kavineswary Murugan is a dynamic and results-driven professional who now leads our Human Resources division as Group Director. With a strong foundation in communication and over three years of progressive experience across the marketing, property, and telecommunications sectors, she brings a fresh, people-focused perspective to organizational leadership.

Kavineswary began her career at Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd, where she supported national campaigns and managed customer engagement through digital systems like SIEBEL and MVIVA. She then transitioned into the retail property sector, serving as Junior Marketing Executive at Summit Mall USJ. There, she not only coordinated events and marketing campaigns but also oversaw casual leasing and managed a customer service team—developing key skills in people management and operations. Her role later expanded as Marketing Executive at Hektar Property Services (Subang Parade), where she was instrumental in executing high-impact mall events, social media content strategies, and stakeholder collaborations.

Her diverse background, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Lancaster University (UK) via Sunway University, equips her with the strategic vision and interpersonal acumen required to lead complex HR functions. As Group Director of Human Resources, Miss Kavineswary is committed to enhancing workplace culture, nurturing talent, and aligning human capital strategies with long-term business goals.
